Through health centers, dental centers, an OB/GYN practice, a Pediatric practice, a mobile health unit, and family services programming, we serve residents throughout Berkshire County. • CHP on Wheels – Medical Care and Outreach

Community Health Programs' mobile health unit - CHP on Wheels - provides critically needed health care to Berkshire County's most vulnerable individuals and families who lack access to care. Equipped with exam rooms for both vision and primary care, the mobile health unit travels to rural communities in order to reach low-income, high-risk, isolated individuals in critical need of healthcare. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, CHP on Wheels welcomes all patients regardless of income, insurance, or ability to pay.
  • Kids Kitchen on the Go

Designed for children ages 2 ½ to 5 years old, alongside their caregivers, our weekly Kids Kitchen nutrition education groups aim to keep children and families as healthy as possible. Focusing on healthy food choices for every day, children and their caregivers will learn about nutritious foods and healthy eating habits, and then will engage in a hands-on learning opportunity to prepare a healthful recipe together. Kids Kitchen on the Go will provide families with healthy foods to take home, giving them the tools and resources necessary to prepare healthy foods and develop healthy eating habits.
